Notability

William Moulsoe is notable for his associations, including mentions in at least three existing Wikipedia articles. I was drawn to investigate him by the claim that Kenelm Digby is the nephew of John Digby, which would make him first cousin of George Digby, another celebrated figure in 17th century England. I have yet to find evidence supporting this claim. Smallus Editus (talk) 17:12, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal for deletion

Mccapra (talk · contribs): I certainly understand why you would question Moulsoe's notability, which is why I bothered to justify it above. It's not entirely true that the page contains only geneological information – it also mentions his work on Gayhurst House, and the significance of Sir Everard Digby and Sir Kenelm Digby, his relations. That said, I would be content to merge the information into one of the above pages, and have the others link to it. Do you have an opinion which one would be the best fit? I would not be happy to simply delete it, since it took some effort to determine that the three references were, indeed, to the same person. Hi I think merging into Everard Digby would be possible as a bit of background to his wife’s family. Mccapra (talk) 17:51, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Replaced with redirect to Gayhurst House per deletion discussion. Smallus Editus (talk) 16:04, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
