Alfredo M. Yao (born November 23, 1943)[1] is a Filipino businessman who founded Zest-O,[2]Macay Holdings, Inc. (PSEMACAY) and Philippine Business Bank (PSEPBB). He served as the Special Envoy to China for Tourism and Cooperation in 2009.[3]
