The translator seems to have taken some artistic freedom to make it rhyme in English too, at the cost of preserving the meaning. Mainly the first half. In particular, I did not recognize the much cited punchline «Du må ikke tåle så inderlig vel den urett som ikke rammer deg selv». The second half, I think is doing a fair job. The title is completely off.
Completely literal edition (except for English negation grammar):
Title: You (singular) must not sleep
You (singular) must not sit safely in your home
and say: That is sad, poor them! You must not cope with, so deeply (innerly) well, that unjust that doesn't impact yourself!
I shout with the last breath of my voice:
You are not allowed to go there and forget!
Forgive them not; they know what they do!
They breathe on the hatred's and the evilty's embers!
