Gurmukhi Script

Hi

Is there a particular reason why Gurmukhi has been moved to Gurmukhi script? The only thing that the word Gurmukhi relates to is the script so should it not stay as it is (like Devanagari) ? Sukh | ਸੁਖ | Talk 16:54, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Sukh, I agree that the suffix "script" is not strictly necessary, but I think it adds clarity. It also conforms to the naming of articles about other scripts. Compare with languages: the title of language articles is normally of the form "XXX language", even when the suffix language is not necessary (although again there are exceptions, such as Hindi). Additionally the use of the term "script" in the article title makes it easier when you are doing actions that apply to a lot of articles, such as categorising them, or editing lists etc. (For the record I also think Devanagari should be changed to Devanagari script...)Martin.Budden 17:33, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Monarch templates

HI, I'll see what I can do about the font sizes. As for the title, I think it's probably OK to leave it. Actually, I would like to see Template:Infobox Monarch used on all the British monarch pages. I don't much care for the British Royalty Template:House of Stuart style templates, there's no need to list everybody's children. --JW1805 17:39, 6 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
