Help!

The order of this page has gone strange and I don't know how to fix it. The header 'partial list of books' has detached itself from the table but it looks fine in edit. I tried to move categories and stub to the end of the piece but can't get them to appear again. I think External Links ought to be at the end of the piece too but again, can't work out how to move it. If anyone can help make this page tidy again, I'd be grateful. Thanks!
