Empire Earth II cheats
Richard001,I loved your section in the Empire Earth II dicussion area, about cheats. I too despise cheaters and I found out that the guy who originally wrote the cheats section was sypathetic to those cheaters. This is the reason why that guy wrote there "Cheats are recommended only to be used only in a scenario that is hard for players.". Thanks for your reaction - InGenX
Thanks for findind those pictures, the articles looks alot better now. HighInBC 13:46, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

First editions
I would start by searching on google with "Sacred Hunger" "Barry Unsworth" "first edition" and then go from there - I tend to try looking for official or semi official listings. Thanks for you efforts on this title as well, if you are intending to add more plot, could you manage to work up a spoiler free ==Plot introduction== and then a ==Plot summary== which can be fuller and contain spoilers. Please consider having a look at WP:NOVELS for more help and consider joinnig in. Thanks. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:49, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
- Found a cover on ebay - hope that does the trick - a full on cover would be better - but I think this is ok. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 08:25, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
Lithium flame test
Hi, I saw your addition of Image:FlammenfärbungLi.png to the chemical reaction article. It looks very pretty, but surely the flame test simply involves electrons jumping around the Li+ orbitals, as described in Atomic spectroscopy, and no chemical process is actually occurring. Or am I missing something here? It matters because I was planning on taking some pictures & video clips of reactions in January, partly with this article in mind. By the way, I grew up near Warkworth, Northumberland, and had many trips there, it's a very beautiful and historic place! Please let me know, Thanks, Walkerma 03:25, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'll fix that! Walkerma 04:21, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Orphaned fair use image (Image:Logo flybuys.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Logo flybuys.png. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr.) 01:36, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
See also links
Some people like to maintain a convienent list of relevent articles in the see also section. In some articles, (like evolution), the article maintainers have a consensus to do that. Just thought you should know. Guidelines are just guides and not policy and consensus trumps them. On the other hand, the current trend seems to be using navigation templates to link like articles. Re: Your edit to Talk:Lion
Did you even check the screenshot? I was quoting the vandalism done to the article, which has made it onto Google (and is still there). Fredrik Johansson 05:00, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
Horse edits
Thanks for your work on the horse article. Your help is appreciated! Be aware of the edit history on this article, current content often reflects the resolution of many an edit war. While the piece certainly still needs work, compared to where it was six months ago, its made huge improvements. Also, I appreciate your use of inline comments as opposed to wholesale edits...do check the wikilinks to other articles--some material remains in the horse article due to the weaknesses and/or stub status of the linked article. some material can be moved out and merged into relevant articles, but that takes time (I did quite a bit with western riding and horses in warfare, for example). Therapeutic horseback riding seems to be the latest battleground...never knew there was a difference between hippotherapy and therapeutic riding, but apparently to those who care, it's a big deal...sigh... anyway, just thanks again, and if you have any ideas, just shoot those of us who do a lot of general horse edits, like me or Eventer, a message, and we'll lend a hand as we can. Geneticist
I saw that you helped edit the geneticist page. I have been working on it for a class and I was wondering if you had any other suggestions or helpful ideas on anything that could be added or changed on the page. Thanks! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Nichschn (talk • contribs) 17:32, 22 February 2007 (UTC).
