Gilmer George Robinson (April 18, 1910 – July 11, 1985) was an American football end who tried out to play one season with the Pittsburgh Pirates of the National Football League (NFL). He was also one of 30 American Physical Education Students invited to the 1936 Olympics, a coach, FBI agent, and author.

He played college football at Catawba College and attended Spencer High School in Spencer, North Carolina.[1][2][3][4][5]
