Park Bulvar (English: Park Boulevard) is a multi-story shopping mall located on Baku Boulevard in downtown Baku, Azerbaijan.

Located near the Government House of Baku, the mall is four floors high with two subterranean levels.[1] The mall was built by Baku Plaza Ltd. for an alleged US$41.5 million and contains 99 businesses, including a supermarket, cinema, children's playground and several high-end restaurants overlooking the Bay of Baku on the Caspian Sea.[2]

The opening of Park Bulvar in 2010 was attended by President Ilham Aliyev and his family.[3][4]
