The BJ Shea Morning Experience is the current morning (5:00 am - 10:00 am Pacific) show on 99.9 FM KISW in Seattle, Washington.

The show was promoted and succeeded as a replacement for Howard Stern. It has become one of the few replacement shows across the United States in the post-Stern era to succeed in hanging onto- and even increasing- the number of listeners to the station despite only being broadcast from/in Seattle.

BJ Shea is the #1 radio talk show for men ages 18 to 35 heard every morning on KISW 99.9 FM in Seattle, Washington.[citation needed] Shea formerly had the #1 show afternoons on Seattle's very popular KQBZ 100.7 FM talk station before it became a country music station in December 2005.

The Morning Experience crew members include: Top Shelf (the Crown Royal loving engineer), Double R (BJ's twenty something stoner sidekick), Steve the Producer (the K-9 loving producer of the show, who was added after the show moved to KISW in 2005), and The Reverend En Fuego (sometimes referred to as "The Reverend 'In-Vitro'" the worlds worst phone screener).

BJ's Web Site (http://www.BJADay.com) features content related to show, including the weekly Hot Shots provided by RadioVixens (http://www.RadioVixens.com).

Other crew members in the past from the KQBZ-FM years include: Brad The Producer From Hell from the KQBZ era of the show ("What a Dick!" was how he was also referred to before increased on-air studio censorship rules forced disuse of the term), Arik (now with Bob Rivers Morning Show on KZOK-FM 102.5 in Seattle), That Guy Ty (Sportsdesk from The Ron & Don Morning Show), Short Bus Sean, Troy, Gary. "That's Jarrod" left the show after receiving a new job, though since his departure, there hasn't been any word of Jarrod at his new job.
