Scotforth is a civil parish and a suburb in the south of the town of Lancaster, Lancashire in Northern England. It is home to Scotforth St. Paul's Church of England Primary School and St. Paul's C. of E. Church.

Parts of Lancaster today were made up of several villages. Two of which are Hala and Scotforth, these were small villages which ran along the A6. If you go along Scotfoth Road and Hala Road you can still see some of the original terraces which were home to the villagers.

Scotforth used to have a Post Office but it closed down. So now you have to go to Greaves Post Office.
