Dolly Kyle Browning is an Arkansas native who was a potential witness in Jones v. Clinton, the lawsuit that gave rise to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton. According to Browning, she was one of Bill Clinton's longtime girlfriends.[1] She practiced law in Dallas, Texas.

Browning was summoned by House Judiciary Committee investigators, led by chairman Henry Hyde, to testify about her alleged relationship with the President. She swore under oath to having had a sexual relationship with Clinton from the mid-1970s until 1992 upon her subpoena as a material witness. Her testimony before a grand jury was not requested in the Clinton impeachment case.

In 2002 Dolly Browning filed her own lawsuit against Bill Clinton.[2]
