The Ministry of Railways of the People's Republic of China (Chinese: 中华人民共和国铁道部 Hanyu Pinyin: Zhōnghuá Rénmín Gòng hé guó Tiědào Bù) is a member of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. Current minister is Liu Zhijun.

The executive agency is responsible for passenger services, regulation of the rail industry, development of the rail network and rail infrastructure. The ministry is also in charge of the operations of China Railways which manages the railway bureaus and companies in the provinces.
