Beer for My Horses is an American feature film currently in production. The film stars country music entertainer Toby Keith and is based on his song by the same name. The film was co-written by Keith and Rodney Carrington (who also stars in the film) and directed by Michael Salomon.

Several actors in the film who are better known for their music include Ted Nugent, Willie Nelson and David Allen Coe.

The film was shot in New Mexico, United States and is scheduled for release on August 8, 2008.

Keith recently stirred up controversy when he appeared on The Colbert Report on July 29, 2008. He was there to promote the movie and sang the song that inspired it. The song caused many[who?] to question if the lyrics were meant to be pro-lynching.
