"decisively" defeated Spencer in runoff

Besides the reference in the edit summary to the Wiki article naming a 56% (same as Battle's %) as a "landslide," several reporters and commentators on Huntsville TV the night of the election used the word "decisive." In most newspaper aritcles, etc., 56% percent is considered "decisive," if not a "landslide."
