Noel Jarvis (born 12 December 1924) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Fitzroy in the VFL.

Jarvis played as a wingman and won a premiership with Fitzroy in his debut season. He represented the VFL at both the 1947 Hobart carnival and in 1952.
