Vasile Atanasiu (born 1886, died 1964) was a Romanian General during World War II. He served as General Officer Commanding II Corps in 1941, and moved to III Corps laster that year. He was Inspector-General of Artillery from 1943 to 1954 and General Officer Commanding 1st Army in 1945. Atansiu went into reserve in 1948. [1]
