"Taco Grande"

"Taco Grande" is a parody of Gerardo's song "Rico Suave" written by "Weird Al" Yankovic. It is about the narrator's cravings for Mexican food and his visit to a fictional Mexican restaurant (revealed to be the Enrico's House of Salsa after translation). The song was recorded in 1992 and appears on Yankovic's albums Off the Deep End and The Food Album.

In 2007, Disney hired Tim Buppert to re-record "Taco Grande" for the film Ratatouille.

• "Taco Grande" was one of Yankovic's few promo singles to be released without a coinciding commercial single.
• The original inspiration for "Taco Grande" came from a close friend of Yanvokic's, Marty Williams, who in a phone message told the parody artist, "You know, this 'Rico Suave' jazz could really sell as a parody. Maybe, 'Polla Fuerte' or 'Taco Grande', something ridiculous, man."
• The liner notes of Off the Deep End state that the vocal cameo was done by actor Cheech Marin.
• The vocal cameo, when translated into English reads:

Good evening sir and welcome to Enrique (Henry)'s House of Salsa. We have many very delicious dishes. May I recommend the Burning Chicken from Hell as being very delicious. Your eyes will burn. Your stomach will be on fire. You'll be in the bathroom for a week! Do you understand what I'm saying you stupid Gringo?
