Kondoa District

Kondoa is one of the five districts of the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. It is bordered to the south by the Dodoma Rural district, and to the southeast by the Kongwa district.

According to the 2002 Tanzania National Census, the population of the Kondoa District was 429,824.[1]

The Kondoa Irangi Rock Paintings are found in this district.
