George Wesley Norman

George Wesley Norman (ca. 1883 – November 12, 1970^[1]) was a printer and political figure in Saskatchewan. He represented Saskatoon City in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1934 to 1938 as a Liberal.

He was born in Alliston, Ontario. Norman came to Saskatoon in 1902 to help his brother publish the Phoenix. In 1904, he established a commercial printing business. Norman was mayor of Saskatoon from 1927 to 1929. He retired from business in 1947 and moved to Vancouver, where he died in 1970^[2] at the age of 87^[1]. Norman was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Saskatoon.
