You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Shiva. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Abecedare (talk) 19:23, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest

You are adding the reference, "Sailen Debnath, ‘The Meanings of Hindu Gods, Goddesses and Myths’, ISBN 9788129114815" to several wikipedia articles. Since the work is apparently authored by you, this represents an apparent conflict of interest. Instead of adding the reference yourself, I suggest that you propose its addition at the article talk page, and if other editors find it reliable and relevant, they can cite it. Sailen, I am unable to find your book in any library or online database. Can you check if you have typed the ISBN correctly, and also specify who published it and when ? Abecedare (talk) 19:40, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
