"You're Getting Old"

"You're Getting Old" is the seventh episode of the fifteenth season of the American animated television series South Park, and the 216th episode of the series overall. "You're Getting Old" aired in the United States on Comedy Central on June 8, 2011.[1] This is the mid-season finale of season 15.

Plot

After Stan celebrates his 10th birthday, he begins to see everything differently. After going to a doctor for a diagnosis, Stan is told he has a severe case of being a cynical asshole and would eventually see everything as shitty. As Stan's cynicism rises, his friends stop wanting to hang out with him because he is being a buzz kill.

In the mean time, Stan's dad (Randy) tries to prove he is in touch with the younger generation by pretending he likes 'Tween music' (the same music that sparked Stan's change). Randy tries playing the music to live his dream of being a rocker until his wife pulls him off the stage. They then have a long conversation and realize they too have stopped seeing anything good in each other or their lives in general. They then appear to get a divorce, move into a new house and Kyle and Cartman play video games together as the episode ends.
