Kārlis Lobe (1895–1985) was a Latvian Nazi collaborator and high-ranking Waffen-SS officer considered responsible for the wartime deaths of Jews in Latvia during the occupation of Latvia by Nazi Germany.[1]

Admitted to Sweden after finishing his work for the Nazis, Lobe never returned to Latvia, because Latvia was occupied by Soviet Union.
