Summary of Video games WikiProject open tasks:

Let definitions stand alone

I know several editors are eager to compare Avatars and Miis, but leave that for subsections (and no OR, please). The intro paragraph should stand alone without direct comparisons. If you want to engage strangers in debate over who created what first, find a good message board and flame on. White 720 (talk) 18:36, 22 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Relevence?

Would somebody explain to me why pictures of people in a video game are somehow interesting/notable/important enough to get their own wiki page? Surely avatars should just be included in the Xbox Live page or something? —Preceding comment made by 81.101.36.95 at 16:01, 27 September 2009.

Avatar rewards

I don't follow the topic well enough, but since there is a list of games that utilize avatars, I think it may also be beneficial to include a list of games that include avatar rewards. I don't know if it is important enough to document, but I at least find it to be interesting. JohnnyPolo24 (talk) 18:57, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Left 4 Dead 2

Left 4 Dead 2 has been listed as a game that supports avatars for an eternity now, but it does not support them at all.--86.87.28.191 (talk) 22:20, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

Avatar (Xbox 360)Avatar (Xbox Live) – Windows 8 will have full Xbox LIVE support, including avatars. [1] Thus the article name needs to be changed to be mor edescriptive. SYSS Mouse (talk) 17:25, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
