Unsure From a google search, I found that she is known as Alicia Luciano from competing at Miss America. However, I see that she is still involved in pageants (judging, etc.) as Alicia Luciano Assad. I'm inclined to think that Alicia Luciano is the WP:COMMONNAME, however perhaps Alicia Luciano Assad would be ok since it has both names in it. What does everyone else think?
