Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four halfwidth tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:02, 24 March 2011 (UTC)

Account?
Hi there, I would recommend signing up for a Wikipedia account. It's free and you don't have to put in any personal details whatsoever. Also, people tend to take modifications by known account seriously (which may be why your edits on Daybreak are being ignored), as coming from an anon ip they don't tend to carry much weight. I'm going to post information on how to sign up below. Bob talk 08:53, 30 March 2011 (UTC)
Welcome!
Hello! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. You are welcome to edit anonymously; however, creating an account is free and has several benefits (for example, the ability to create pages, upload media and edit without one's IP address being visible to the public).
As you get started, you may find this short tutorial helpful:
Alternatively, the contributing to Wikipedia page covers the same topics.

I Know Him So Well
Hi! It might not be your intention, but when you removed the Susan Boyle version information from the article, it registered as section blanking (a form of vandalism). Also, the section meets notability per WP:NSONGS. I'll discuss the issue with some other Wikipedians. Novice7 (talk) 10:11, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- The section was too long for a no. 11 that's bombing. It's doesn't compare with the original but would be fine under Comic Relief. I will remind you the classic song was at no. 1 for a month and struck gold. A poor copycat version doesn't compare.
- Please stick to WP:NPOV. Also, I can see that you have surpassed the WP:3RR limit. Please be careful, as there are possibilities of getting blocked. Thank you. Novice7 (talk) 14:13, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- You did the reversions after it was decided it was not worthy of an entry. You continue to revert to fanzine material promoting the single but it won't work, it's already at the bottom of the top 40. One or two lines sufficient and too much repetition of trivia being reverted back.
- It's not like that. The version did not pass notability before. But, as it charted (atleast #11), it can have its own section. And, a music video was released. I removed the trivia about music video and worldwide release, while preserving the Background and important sections. I don't feel like its fan-cruft now. Novice7 (talk) 17:11, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
