Nordnes Park
The Nordnes Park (Template:Lang-no) is a public park on the north-west end of the Nordnes peninsula in Bergen. It was established 1888-1898 after an initiative from Edvard G. Johannessen in Det nyttige Selskab and is 32.7 decare.[1]
Bergen Aquarium and the head quarter of the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research is located in the park.[2][3]
A totem pole given from Bergens twinned town Seattle in connection with Bergens 900 years celebration in 1970 is erected in the Nordnes Park.[1][4]
