I've wikilinked the first instance of minority in the lede to Minority group. But as for the term "minority employee", that's an accurate term. I can't think of a way to reword it without the sentence becoming clunky. SilverserenC09:50, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sequence
I gather from a glance at the FAC that sections were switched around; unfortunately we now have "In further attempts to rebuild its image,[49] the firm has provided a scholarship through the National Black MBA Association,[50] and job skills programs and sponsorships with 100 Black Men of America[49][51] and the Restaurant and Lodging Association.[52]" coming before the reader has read the accounts of the various controversies. Good catch. The reorganization in the middle of FAC was something we didn't think to re-check over to make sure the switched wording was proper. I've now reworded the sentence, so I hope it reads better. SilverserenC09:51, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
