Sonqori language also known as Sonqori Turkic, is a dialect of Azerbaijani spoken in Sonqor County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. According to Iranica, it is spoken in Sonqor (Sunqur), east of Kermānšāh (ca. 35,000 inhabitants) is located in a large valley separated from the rest of Kurdistan.[clarification needed][1]
