State Route 227 (SR 227), more commonly known locally as Lamoille Highway, is a state highway in Elko County in northeastern Nevada. From its western terminus at State Route 535, it runs from the city of Elko southeast to the nearby communities of Spring Creek and Lamoille. It is an undivided highway for its entire length, though much of it is 4-lanes wide with a speed limit of 55 mph.
History
SR 227 comprised a portion of State Route 46 prior to 1976.[1]
