Karel Plášek (born October 16, 1973) is a Czech professional ice hockey player. He played with HC Plzeň in the Czech Extraliga during the 2010–11 Czech Extraliga season.[1]

Plášek previously played for HC Pardubice, HC Znojemští Orli and IHC Písek.[2]
