The filename of Wikipedia's copy of the Navy photogragh of VADM Locklear contains out-of-date information; VADM Locklear is no longer Commander of Third Fleet, but Director, Navy Staff, as noted in his official biography and, at current, on his wiki page. The original navy filename does not contain VADM Locklear's posting, only his name.
