Fraser Album is a collection of paintings commissioned by British Indian civil servant, William Fraser. It is considered as the greatest masterpieces of Indian art.[1][2]

History

The album works were painted around 1815 to 1819.[3]

The work

It is a compendium of portraits of villagers, soldiers, , holy men, dancing women and Indian nobles.
