Wikipedia:WikiProject Brisbane
Welcome to WikiProject: Brisbane!
(Viva Bris Vegas!)
Some Wikipedians have formed a project to create, fill out, build, edit, construct and modify articles about and related to Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland, Australia. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians. To bring issues concerning Brisbane related articles to the attention of other Wikipedians involved in the Brisbane Project, please use the talk page. You can also propose new tasks for the to-do list located lower on this page.
The Australian Wikipedians' noticeboard is a useful forum for collaboration on Australian-related projects.
Scope
As Australia's third-largest city, and moreover, with a distinctive subtropical climate, landscape, architecture and atmosphere, there should be plenty of useful material on the River City for interested contributors, from both North and South of the Tweed, to add.
This WikiProject should ideally focus on Brisbane (ie. Greater Brisbane) proper; excluding the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, and other areas in SE Queensland.
Parentage
The parent of this WikiProject is WikiProject Cities.
