A tellum is a type of haircut. It is worn by primarily girls, but occasionally boys. The tellum gets its name from the reverse mullet and is an alternative name for it ("tellum" is "mullet" spelled backwards). Whereas a mullet is short in the front and long in the back, the opposite is true for the tellum. Hair is long (usually straight cheek-chin length hair) in the front, and very short/buzzed in the back.
