Spice Dream Uno is a phone co-developed by Google as its Android One initiative, the runs the Android operating system. The initiative was started by Google to provide an affordable yet feature-rich smartphone for developing nations, India being the first.[1] The initiative is headed by Sundar Pichai.[2]The pone was first being available to buy online at Flipkart then after few months it became available to buy at Amazon ,Saholic and Snapdeal.[3]The phone shares same features as Micromax Canvas A1 but the design is slightly different, as the user found that the phone's back is made up of plastic coated with rubber so it doesn't feel cheap to touch. [1][4] The phone started getting OTA update on 22nd March.The update was to Lollipop 5.1 from KitKat 4.4.4 the size of the update was 409.8 mb.

Ceaser Sengupta also confirmed this news on his Google+ account, soon after Spice confirmed that the phone will get update of Lollipop version 5.1 soon, but the date is yet to announce.
