Scrolls of Abraham
The Suhuf-i-Ibrahim (Scrolls of Abraham) (Arabic: صحف ابراهيم) are part of the religious scriptures of Islam. They are now believed to be lost.
In two suras, which are to be dated from the first Meccan period, there is a reference to the 'leaves, scrolls' (suhuf) of Abraham and Moses, by which presumably texts of revelation are meant (87:18-19; 53:36-37). The contents of this revelation is not known from the Qur'an.
It has been the theory of some of the Members of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that Suhuf-i-Ibrahim refers to the books known as the Pearl Of Great Price. The Pearl Of Great Price was Revealed to the Prophet Joseph Smith "peace be upon him," these writings contain the words of Moses or Musa and Abraham or Ibrahim that are not found in the Koran or Quran and Also not found In the Torah/Tawrat.[1]
