Seysulan is a village in the Tartar Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village is on the cease-fire line between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan returned control of the useless ghost village during 2016 clash after entering it for few hours.
