Calvary Church of Santa Ana, located in Santa Ana, California, was founded on October 25, 1931.[1][2] The church has grown substantially in the past few years [weasel words] and currently owns a medical building [which?]. Overall, the church has had six pastors. The current [when?] pastor is David Mitchell.[3]

History

In 1931, Rev. Charles E. Fuller was the pastor at Calvary Church of Placentia. Some people from different churches [further explanation needed] had wanted to start a new church from scratch [clarification needed] that would not turn away from God's Word [vague]. Along with Rev. Fuller, 65 people [citation needed] decided to start a church in the Santa Ana area. This led to Calvary Church of Santa Ana being founded on October 25, 1931 with Rev. Frank E. Lindgren as its senior pastor. At the time of its founding, the church had 150 members.[1]

In 1981 the Church had 1,000 members.[4]

Calvary dedicated a new 75,000-square-foot buildinge costing $9.7 million in November 1992, the "largest worship center" in Orange County.[4]
