Nanahughmilleria is a genus of prehistoric eurypterid classified as part of the family Adelophthalmidae. Nanahughmilleria species have been found in many places around the world, such as New York or Russia.[1]

- Nanahughmilleria notosiberica Shpiney, 2012 — Devonian, Siberia (Russia).
- ?Nanahughmilleria prominens Hall, 1884 — Silurian, New York (United States).
- Nanahughmilleria pygmaea Salter, 1859 — Silurian, England.
- ?Nanahughmilleria schiraensis Pirozhnikov, 1957 — Devonian, Khakassia (Russia).
