ACM Computers in Entertainment was a hybrid online academic journal and magazine that features both peer-reviewed articles as well as news content that covers entertainment technology, products, services, and notable people including Roy E. Disney,[1] Quincy Jones,[2] George Lucas,[3] and J. J. Abrams.[4]
It was founded in 2003 by Newton Lee and was published by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)[5]. After 15 years, ACM Computers in Entertainment ended its run on December 28, 2018[6] with its bibliometrics showing a citation count of 2,473 and cumulative downloads of 508,326.[7]
