Club Social y Deportivo Merlo are a football club from the city of Parque San Martín, partido of Merlo in the province of Buenos Aires in Argentina. They currently plat in Primera B Metropolitana, which is the regionalised third tier of the Argentine Football Association.

In 1956 the club began playing in the AFA lower leagues under the name 9 de Julio which is the date of the Argentine Declaration of Independence. They changed to their current name in 1968.
