JumpCloud is a U.S.-based enterprise software company. (1) The company headquarters are in Denver (2) The company was formally launched in 2013 (3). Since its founding in 2013, JumpCloud had raised more than $90 million in funding (4) from venture capital firms including OpenView, General Atlantic, and Foundry Group. In May, 2019, JumpCloud announced that it closed a $50 million financing round led by former General Electric Chief Information Officer Gary M. Reiner. (5)
