I like what you have so far--as someone who has no experience with this topic, what's matters to me is understanding why this complex is important, what the major results of decapping are, and when it is necessary/at what point it occurs to mRNA during its lifetime (does it always occur after a certain period of time, is it based on how often it has been translated, or some other external signaling pathway?).
