Randy Hultgren

Randall M. "Randy" Hultgren (born March 1 1966, Park Ridge, Illinois) is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives representing the 95th district from 1999 to 2007, and is State Senator elect in the 48th district. Hultgren graduated from Bethel College in 1988, Magna Cum Laude; doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1993; Republican Precinct Committeeman for Milton Township Princinct #20; Member of DuPage County Board; Board of Directors for the DuPage Homeownership Center

Hultgren was first elected to the DuPage County Board in 1994, in the 4th district. In 1998 he was elected State Representative, and was reelected in 2000, 2002, and 2004, Hultgren will be succeeded by Mike Fortner.

Hultgren was elected in 2006 to the Illinois State Senate in the 48th district, succeeding Peter Roskam who was elected to U.S. Congress.
