A slang word used mainly in Southern Britain, but can also be found in parts of West COuntry in England. It's origins are unknown, but it probably came as a derivative of the word right. To have the enright of something is to have complete control of something, to own it. Enright is a vulgar expression, and shouldn't be used in common conversations. To say enright to someone in a vulgar way, is to boast against them and tease them, eg, "I enright you at football, John!"
