Iamsound (stylized IAMSOUND) is a Los Angeles based entertainment company founded by Niki Robertson. IAMSOUND comprises a creative and marketing studio[1], visual artist management firm[2], and independent record label[3].

Record Label

IAMSOUND launched as a record label in 2007, and released albums from artists including Florence and the Machine, Charli XCX[4], Lord Huron[5][6] , Banks, and Salem, before expanding into visual artist management and running a creative studio. In 2019, they signed artist Mk.gee in a joint venture with Interscope Records.[7]

Creative & Marketing Studio

IAMSOUND's creative and marketing studio won a 2019 Clio Gold Music award for its Spotify In-House "Billie Eilish Experience" event[8]. The company also partnered with Dropbox and Getty to present "Bridge-s" at the Getty Center Museum from November 16-17, 2019 for Solange.[9][10]

Additionally, they work with brands like Top Shop, Soylent, Pitchfork, Adult Swim, and Vans, handling experiential marketing, brand partnerships, digital activation, and content creation.

Visual Artist Management

As a visual artist management firm, IAMSOUND represents a roster of artists in a variety of media, working in live, digital, and augmented spaces, including Clare Gillen, Nick Harwood, Imogen Snell, Michael Brown, and the All Valley Yacht Club.[11]
