Interesting life and work, on fine sources, and I can read the German. No copyvio obvious. The hook is acceptable, but think could be better. If we say "actor" we can drop "for his role", or the other way. I think mentioning "cancer" and/or "physical decline" would add much to being interesting, more than the duration of the shooting. Also, I had no idea {{ill}} existed — I've added more ILLs and removed the "Notes" column and plural "ref(s)" per your suggestions. What do you think of this hook:
