Ratris Khel Chale 3 (transl. The Game Runs At Night 3) is an Indian Marathi Supernatural television series which is airing on Zee Marathi from 22 March 2021.[1] It is a sequel of Ratris Khel Chale 2 and third season of Ratris Khel Chale series.[2]

It is going to be more suspenseful because in the show Anna Naik's Wada and the family is completely destroyed. Anna Naik's sins have ruined their lives and livelihood. The characters of the show like Mai, Madhav, Abhiram, Pandu, have faced much adversity and will struggle to recover their Naik Wada. The condition of Naik's Wada is also unbelievable.[3]Many expect the series to fade away after a good start, just like the first part.

Plot

Few years later from Ratris Khel Chale

All the glory of the Naik family and Naik wada have faded away post Nilima's treacherous act to usurp the Naik property. Mai has grown old and works as maid at Agent Salgaonkar's house and Datta works as servant to farmer. Madhav is in trauma and become mentally unstable and gets troubled by the villagers. Abhiram has settled in Bangalore with his second wife, Kaveri, after divorcing Devika. Sushma is rich and wants to sell the Naik wada. Naik wada is in its worst condition with cracked walls, broken furniture, coated with dust and spider webs and yet possessed by Anna's ghost, Shevanta and the people killed by Anna.

A builder from Mumbai named Parulekar comes to buy Anna's wada. There, Anna serves him dinner and alcohol. However, when Agent Salgaonkar wakes him up in the morning, the palace like wada has become a ruined. Seeing this, Parulekar fled to Mumbai in panic. A police officer threatens an agent named Salgaonkar to get Anna's wada sold off. Madhav is teased by the villagers whereas Mai is troubled by Salgaonkar and his wife to sell the Naik wada. Sushma returns to the Wada in-order to sell it, but seeing Mai infront of the wada, starts hitting her. Mai writes a letter to Abhiram with the help of postman who later revealed to be a ghost. Abhiram wakes up at night taking Indu's name and decides to go to meet her. Sushlya is the wife of a policeman, who previously threatened Salgaonkar. She and her husband want to sell the Wada but Mai is not ready to give her thumb on the legal deed, so Sushlya herself goes to the Wada and forcibly takes Mai's thumb, while Abhiram reaches the Wada with his wife, Kaveri. Abhiram introduces Kaveri to Mai and seeks her blessings. He decides to renovate the Wada and thus gives the contract to Agent Salgaonkar for the same. However, Anna's ghost possesses Kaveri and she falls sick. Meanwhile, Devika's parents arrive at the Wada and in misunderstanding, curse Abhiram for having abandoned Devika, citing that he is following his father's footsteps of infidelity and adultery. Meanwhile, Salgaonkar offers to take Abhiram to meet a godman named Raghunath Maharaj, who turns out to be Raghu Gurav, the old evil priest of the Naik family, who has now taken on the fake identity of Raghunath Maharaj and is conning people in the name of religion. Abhiram gets a further shock when he finds out that Chhaya is now married to Raghu and is now referred to as Chhaya Ma, and is an equal shareholder in Raghu's cunning scheme. She reprimands Abhiram for neglecting her in her tough times. After a few days, the Wada is rebuilt as before and Mai is very happy to see this. Later, Kaveri decides to return to Bangalore and finally Abhiram prepares to go to Bangalore. Then, Abhiram goes to the medical center to fetch Kaveri's medicine. Datta meets him. Datta asks Abhiram for money. As soon as he learns that the person he is asking for money is Abhiram, Datta runs away. When Abhiram comes home, he sees that Kaveri's fever has gone down and the ghost of Shevanta is in Kaveri's body. Sarita learns about the renovation of the Wada and returns to claim her rights over property forcibly but Kaveri possessed with Shevanta threatens her and throws her out.
