Information icon Hello, I'm El C. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. 2019 Rojava offensive

Hi, can you undo this [1] edit please? The reason I've said killed was because it was specifically claimed in a source [2] that the number was for the killed, rather than the usual neutralized. The source is already included in the article. KasimMejia (talk) 14:21, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Responding to your message. Not used to Wikipedia. This is a misunderstanding of what the Turkish MOD means. The MOD uses the phrase "Neutralized" in all of it's operations, which means killed, captured, and wounded. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WoofersSCW (talkcontribs) 16:17, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, if you're new let me start by saying you can respond to the message here. And regarding the Neutralized and Killed announcements, I know that neutralized doesn't mean killed, however in the particular source at the article, the Turkish MoD actually claims that number was killed rather than neutralized.. KasimMejia (talk) 16:21, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I thought this as well and was going to revert but then I read in the article "'Nine more PKK/PYD-YPG terrorists neutralized in air operation within the scope of Operation Peace Spring. A total of 228 terrorists neutralized so far since Turkey started Operation Peace Spring in northern Syria," the ministry said on Twitter.'" Which is why I will not be reverting my change. TRT is misunderstanding what "neutralized" means.
Alright sure, welcome to Wikipedia!KasimMejia (talk) 16:43, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Verifiability

Please take a look at WP:TWITTER. N°2 No use for claims regarding a third party. Hope you understand. This are guidelines. Other drones entries in the List have non Twitter - RS too.Mr.User200 (talk) 16:50, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

About Ababil-3

I answered you about Ababil-3 and Yasir all of them are syrian. Syria operates those drones since 2013. And these drones were naturally was given by Iran (for free perhaps). But the are syrian drones, iranian made but syrian drones; — Preceding unsigned comment added by HarimauFury (talkcontribs) 21:56, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

NO ! Hezbollah were not dominating in Qalamoun ! At all ! There were also and little bit much forces of Syrian Army https://www.syrianperspective.com/2014/04/map-of-qalamoun-offensive-updated.html

This is incorrect. Qalamoun was and remains today a strongpoint for Hezbollah. Indeed, even your source points this out.

Please look at the map, and don't tell me there is only hezbollah there.
Let's this discussion appart, we can include hezbollah forces inside syrian forces, since we can't distinguish between both of them. Now I need help all our changes are threatened by Mr.User200 and Илија Гуск which tries to revert back the whole page to one week before and supress all changes and shotdowns ! I tried to restore the page, but MrUser200 reported me to administrators for 3RR. — Preceding unsigned comment added by HarimauFury (talkcontribs) 22:27, 12 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism in List of aviation shootdowns and accidents during the Syrian Civil War

@WoofersSCW: the page has been vandalised to an old version where even the totals are not mathematically correct, please help me to undo revision from Илија Гуск and his IP adress 93.87.136.4

Turkish Drones.

Your edits made on the Turkish Bayraktar Drones are Ok. But your revert at saying "routinely reports downing large numbers of drones" is Wikipedia:No original research. According to whom, 6 are large numbers?? The source itself does not says that, only 6 reported lost, also the source does not says that " lack of visual confirmation for many of these shoot downs means that verification is often difficult." Finally the source added states that Turkish drones were lost not specifically Bayraktar TB2, those lost drones could be Bayraktar Tactical UAS or Bayraktar Mini UAV. Im leaving it just like you left it, but with that correction.Mr.User200 (talk) 00:24, 5 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah... in a war where aircraft are limited half a dozen combat drones shot down in a week is a large number proportionally.
