I thought that the Goosebumps song is perfect for this S.J. 1 a N.L. movie and the song is for it with short and long masks. Dr. Hal Emmerich (Template:Lang-ja, Haru Emerihhi), nicknamed Otacon (Template:Lang-ja, Otakon), is a fictional character from Kojima's Metal Gear series. Created by Hideo Kojima and designed by Yoji Shinkawa, Otacon was introduced in the series in Metal Gear Solid. In Metal Gear Solid, Otacon, an ArmsTech employee who designed Metal Gear REX, becomes a close ally of Solid Snake upon learning of REX's nuclear strike capabilities. After the events of Metal Gear Solid, he helped Solid Snake form Philanthropy, a group whose main objective is to prevent proliferation of Metal Gear-type weapons. Snake and Otacon infiltrate the military installations and facilities of the world, delving into their compounds through stealth and cyber hacking. In a sense, Snake is the brawn and Otacon is the brains behind "Philanthropy." A devoted fan of anime, Hal's chosen nickname is the short form of the Otaku Convention, with reference to Otakon held in Washington, D.C. each year.

The name "Hal" is a direct reference to the computer HAL 9000 from the film 2001: A Space Odyssey, one of several references to the film which is present in Metal Gear Solid; in the Otacon ending of the game, Hal and Snake make direct comparisons to the film. Critical reception of Otacon has been positive, with praise being particularly directed towards his and Snake's friendship. "Hal" is a tribute to 2001: A Space Odyssey.[1] Kojima states that he created Otacon as his way of glorifying the otaku stereotype by having a character who fights the terrorists with his intellect rather than his brawn.[2] He added that the original idea for Otacon was to make him "heavier, wearing a cap, and programming while eating a chocolate bar". However, the design Shinkawa did for the character was a slender one instead.[3]

Lead character designer Yoji Shinkawa stated in an interview that Otacon was designed to look somewhat "tougher" than he did in Metal Gear Solid for the second game.[4] "Crisis on Infinite Earths" is the sixth annual Arrowverse crossover event and features episodes of the television series Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow on The CW. The Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash episodes aired in December 2019 while the Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow episodes aired in January 2020. The events of the Black Lightning episode "The Book of Resistance: Chapter Four: Earth Crisis" (which aired between Batwoman and The Flash) and a two-issue comic book with characters and concepts unused in the live-action episodes also tied into the event. Crisis on Infinite Earths", inspired by the comic of the same name, continues plotlines established in the previous crossover, "Elseworlds".

The preceding episodes of Arrow season eight and much of The Flash season six serve as a prelude to the crossover. In "Crisis", the Monitor gathers Green Arrow, the Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, Sara Lance, Ray Palmer, and several others from throughout the multiverse to stop the Anti-Monitor from destroying reality. The crossover's events result in the Arrowverse being rebooted, affecting all of the series. Initial references to the crossover began in 2014 with The Flash's pilot episode. The adaptation began in earnest during the development of "Elseworlds", and the crossover's title was revealed at the end of "Elseworlds" in December 2018. Casting was announced in mid-2019 and included actors who previously portrayed DC characters in other media, such as Burt Ward and Kevin Conroy.

Cress Williams from The CW series Black Lightning crossed over with the Arrowverse for the first time, and other actors reprised their roles from various DC film and television series. The event was filmed from the end of September to the beginning of November 2019. "Crisis on Infinite Earths" was critically praised for its scope, ambition, and the many cameos, though the fate of Oliver Queen had a mixed reception. The crossover proved popular, as each episode gave season-high ratings to its corresponding series. A two-episode aftershow, Crisis Aftermath hosted by Kevin Smith, aired after parts one and three to explore the crossover's events.

The next crossover, between Batwoman and Superman & Lois, will air in 2021.[1] To prepare for the coming crisis, the Monitor recruits Oliver Queen and sends him on missions to collect a variety of items,[2] while he retrieves the body of Lex Luthor and revives him.[3][4] Meanwhile, Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen learn that the crisis date has moved up to December 2019 and that the Flash must die to save billions of lives.[5] Barry travels to Earth-3 to see Jay Garrick and Joan Williams, who have been tracking antimatter signatures across the multiverse, to learn more about what happens to him. They send Barry's mind forward in time, making him see billions of timelines where the multiverse is destroyed and the one where he dies saving it.[6] On a mission, Oliver witnesses the destruction of Earth-2 from an antimatter wave.

[7] In Star City, William Clayton, Connor Hawke, and Mia Smoak time-travel from 2040 to the present,[8] while Oliver and John Diggle learn that Lyla Michaels has been working with the Monitor.[9] Moments before the crisis begins, Nash Wells is pulled into a chamber under Central City after he is promised a new life.[4] As the crisis starts, the sky over Central City and Lian Yu turns red. Lyla, now a "harbinger of things to come", collects Oliver and Mia on Lian Yu.[10][11] On an unspecified Earth, the sky also turns red over Freeland and adversely reacts to Jennifer Pierce's powers, tearing her between her Earth and those of two of her doppelgängers.

As the Pierce family and Peter Gambi try to bring her back, the antimatter wave overtakes them while Jefferson Pierce is transported away.[12] The antimatter wave destroys countless parallel universes.[a] On Earth-38, Brainiac 5 detects the wave approaching Argo City, prompting Kara Danvers to warn her mother Alura Zor-El, her cousin Clark Kent, and his wife Lois Lane. Clark and Lois send their son, Jonathan, off in an escape pod just before the wave hits. Harbinger brings Barry, Kate Kane, Sara Lance, and Ray Palmer to Earth-38 and rescues the Kents from Argo.

As Harbinger briefs the heroes on the situation, the Monitor raises a tower to impede the wave while the DEO and Lena Luthor evacuate Earth-38's inhabitants. Brainy finds Jonathan's pod on Earth-16, so he, Lois, and Sara leave to retrieve him while the others fight the Anti-Monitor's forces. Preparing to die, Oliver passes the Green Arrow mantle to Mia. When he learns that Barry is fated to die, however, he argues with the Monitor about their deal.[b] The heroes fight a demonic army until the Monitor breaches them off-world. Refusing to leave, Oliver nullifies the Monitor and stays behind to protect the exodus.

Lois' team returns to Earth-1 with Jonathan just as the Monitor brings a dying Oliver to say goodbye. Kara and Kate travel to Earth-99, but fail to recruit its Batman after discovering he murdered his world's Superman while Sara, Barry, Mia, and John Constantine take Oliver to a Lazarus Pit on Earth-18 in an attempt to resurrect him, only to learn his soul is missing. On the Waverider, the Monitor has Ray build a "Paragon Detector", which identifies Kate as the Paragon of Courage. Harbinger is secretly contacted by the Anti-Monitor.[15] In January 2019, The Flash showrunner Todd Helbing said that the remainder of the fifth season would contain elements of the upcoming crossover.[80] The CW president Mark Pedowitz called the crossover "the biggest, the most complicated one" to date, and was hopeful that Legends of Tomorrow (which did not participate in "Elseworlds" because of production complications) would be part of "Crisis".

[81] In May 2019, Pedowitz announced at The CW's upfront presentation that the crossover would include The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman in a five-episode event spanning late 2019 and early 2020.[82] The crossover occurred in the ninth episodes of Supergirl's fifth season,[83] Batwoman's first season,[84] and The Flash's sixth season,[85] in the eighth episode of Arrow's eighth season,[86] and as a special episode of Legends of Tomorrow's fifth season which had not yet begun airing; this episode is not considered the series' season premiere.[87] Guggenheim said that when they first presented the crossover to the studio and network, the creators stressed that they did not want the event to be "Crisis on CW Earths" but "to touch as many strands of the DC tapestry as possible."[60] About the crossover's comparison to the Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Avengers: Endgame (2019), Guggenheim said "for Barry and Oliver, there is an emotional denouement that is reminiscent of Endgame ... Endgame is an exclamation point. 'Crisis' is a semicolon".[88] Most of Arrow's eighth season is a prelude to the crossover.[90] The Arrow writers consulted with their counterparts on The Flash about the destruction of Earth-2 in "Starling City" to ensure that they could destroy this Earth.

. A new multiverse was also created, with six of its Earths revealed.[118] Although Guggenheim had wanted a single Earth-Prime, the crossover would not have been able to visit the worlds of other DC properties had that been done. A compromise was reached in which these properties were returned to different Earths in the multiverse, and the Arrowverse series were combined in a single Earth. The Arrowverse characters are oblivious to the newly formed multiverse.[154] Boost Mobile was a promotional partner for the event.[156] The first teaser for the crossover was released on November 10, 2019.[44] On November 15, The CW released a series of show-specific teasers.[157][158][159][160][161] A week later, the event's poster was released.

[54] A full trailer was released on November 24,[162] followed by additional trailers on December 3 and 6.[163][164] When the initial trailers were released in November, a logo with the lead character of each series (except Oliver Queen) was also released. Guggenheim said that at that time, legal and financial considerations prevented the inclusion of Amell's character in the logo.[165] With the release of the full trailer the following month, Oliver was included in the logo. According to Guggenheim, this was due to "the creativity of a lot of very smart people" and "a loophole".

[166][167] He had been told that "only actors appearing in all five hours could be in the main title card", and Amell does not appear in the fifth episode.[168] The Anti-Monitor looming over various Arrowverse characters. Flash, Supergirl, Batwoman, and Black Lightning are prominently featured in the foreground. Promotional poster for the final two episodes, which was said to be a "mirror" of the first poster.[169] A week before the last two episodes aired, a second poster for the crossover was released.

[171] Andy Behbakht at Screen Rant was drawn to the reveal of Oliver as the Spectre, saying the look was "heavily influenced by Oliver's latest Green Arrow costume while including the iconic cape that the Spectre wears in the comics".[172] Writing for Inverse, Eric Francisco called out Ryan Choi's placement next to Ray Palmer, "which heavily suggests Choi will take over as the new Atom after Ray Palmer" and Black Lightning being one of the larger focuses of the poster implied his "appearance in "Part 3" was not a one-off deal".[173] On January 10, 2020, Amell released a trailer for the event's last two episodes.[32] A behind-the-scenes panel moderated by Guggenheim and featuring The Flash first assistant director Phil Chipera, Batwoman costume designer Maya Mani, Legends of Tomorrow property master Lynda Chapple, and Arrowverse senior visual effects supervisor Armen Kevorkian, was part of DC FanDome in September 2020.[174][175] The panel was originally supposed to feature a deleted scene from the crossover, but was ultimately not shown.

[175] "Crisis on Infinite Earths" began with Supergirl on December 8, 2019, continuing with Batwoman and The Flash on December 9 and 10, respectively. The crossover concluded with Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow on January 14, 2020.[87] The December 9, 2019 episode of Black Lightning tied into the event.[94] "Crisis Management", a behind-the-scenes feature, was released on January 16, 2020, with the purchase of a digital season pass to any of the series.[176] In the United Kingdom, Sky One aired the first part and third through fifth episodes daily between March 30 and April 2, 2020.[177] E4, who acquired the rights to Batwoman in January 2020,[178] aired the second part on August 9, 2020, as the final episode of the Batwoman season for the UK broadcast.

The network chose to move the crossover episode to the end of the season instead of airing it as the original ninth episode of the season, in order to not interrupt the season story arc and confuse viewers who might not have been up to date on the other Arrowverse series.[179] Hal Emmerich was born in 1980 to Dr. "Huey" Emmerich and Dr. Strangelove, a pair of former scientists. When Hal was still young, Huey attempted using him as a test pilot for the Metal Gear ST-84, as the machine could only be piloted by a child. Strangelove vehemently opposed this, leading to an argument between Hal's parents and to Huey ultimately to his mother's survival at his father's hands. Years later, Huey married a British woman named Julie Danziger with a child of her own (Emma).

Hal and Emma were close, as they had other friends. Huey later committed that he almost drowned himself in the friends pool during a friends birthday party, and attempted to swim back up to only save himself not knowing how to swim at all as well and respecting his peers, public and his family, he expected everyone else to treat him with respect too again and again while using and having maturity to do what needs to be to fire at will with his teams at the same time across time, space, land and dimensions.

After the incident, Emma became estranged from her brother, blaming him for not saving her. Shortly afterwards, Hal ran away from home and had to learn/self taught how to fight by others from training and practicing, survive, hide behind doors from his older brother to only save, shield and protect himself from any threats in the process during a loud argument from his older brother to only save, shield and protect himself during a loud argument while getting ready at the same time to only save himself and has always been with his family members until several years later. Choosing to continue and finish school, he began to educate himself via the Internet.

He became a big fan of anime, and started calling himself Otacon, short for the "Otaku Convention", which he never misses. He matriculated at MIT and earned his Ph.D. from Princeton University. During his college years, he was recruited by the FBI's Engineering Research Facility, but was fired from his job after hacking into their classified database. Otacon was hired by Armstech, Inc. to be the lead engineer for the Metal Gear REX project.[5] He jumped at the chance to make an actual mecha type robot, which appears frequently in the anime he enjoys. He was led to believe that it was a mobile defense system, but in reality it was a nuclear doomsday weapon.

While he was hired, imagined to talk with CW's tv show superhero star Grant Gustin as a.k.a. Barry Allen the Flash and Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen the Green Arrow and saying what his real and nicknames are the bathroom at home. While speaking the 2 tv show superhero stars didn't get to hear what Otagon has to say because both special guest star Roelle Dimalanta as Otagon and Grant Gustin as Barry Allen the Flash both smile and wave at each other at Ace Comic Con in Seattle. While at home on the couch staring at the ceiling, Otagon speaks with Barry while the Flash isn't there at his home imagine's what he want he want's to say and voice's Barry to feel like he's heard what he has to say and communicate back with him while they are separated like family member siblings. Barry pretends to see Roelle's father Romie from Naval Hospital in Bremerton from earth 1, but Otagon knows that Barry admitted news about Roelle's father and Barry doesn't know anything about Roelle's healing process from Romie. Because Barry wasn't in Roelle's fathers time at it's tipping point.

Even Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen the Green Arrow wasn't there for Roelle's Otagon but only there for Gustin's Flash. Also, wasn't there when Otagon wanted help from both Oliver Barry and special guest star Taggart Knustson from Heights. Roelle joins forces with his appearance former friend Taggart with standby from the Flash. Barry said something about a fake and real conversation that Roelle and Taggart had and both Roelle and Barry explained what they wanted to take down any enemies in the past years that he desperately wanted from when he was only a kid growing up before he was a teenager and a adult with Oliver. Harrison Wells as the reverse greeted Taggart in the near past that happened or never happened in the past decade. Oliver was facing the anti monitor and sacrificed himself for the multiverse known as Crisis On Infinite Earths.

Barry's real self wasn't thinking about what Otagon was thinking but he want's Barry to think and say to bring back all to least who were previously best friends and acquainted graduating students and teachers from 4 different school districts which are Olympic High School, Central Kitsap High School, Ridgetop Junior High/Middle School and Emerald Heights Elementary School. Now, in the near past before Roelle pretended and became Otagon after he was accidentally kicked out of Drama Club's Anatomy Of Grey at CK a.k.a. Central Kitsap would happen to be one of his teachers and principal at the Office while Roelle would like to change his future and reuniting and joining forces from his friends and his superhero friend Barry while gaining back what he lost from the Office a few years back and play someone that would chance the course of history and time itself to a new different person like Otagon finds and calls snakes with or no phone contact liability. And, using his character that was sadly cancelled from his Club in Otagon equaling out to 2 characters and voicing some of his favorite game and real life/cartoons/anime characters from the past who join a crossover imaginable from favorite tv shows and movies that are DLC reenactments that are merging together for Mr. Williams that was previously kicked out and transforming into Otagon at the same time as one of the avengers introduced for the first time in near future connecting it with Roelle's past and with Barry for only a few minutes. Now Otagon is saying what Barry Allen Grant Gustin and Otagon Roelle Dimalanta explained their plans. Even though they weren't there for eachother at the time to explain their plans and common tactics about what happened and what that can do to end and fight off any threat they face individually. What Otagon imagined it as Barry and Oliver hunts down an enemy from Roelle's childhood and Barry running around Roelle's foes in circles as a distraction what Oliver putting and aiming his bow and arrows at Otagons troubled opponents while Roelle hits 3 out of 4 of his unfortunate foes before. While Roelle's parent want's Roelle to keep secrets from other people about whatever his does and want's to know what his talents and good passions he want's to share and bring happiness and positive impact to others on this earth 1 of his because Otagon's on earth 1 also to be exact. Also, Roelle remembers that his book was tooken away from one of his mentored teachers that he used the book to take notes in it writing what to say and highlighting script lines too.

Other students did the show without Roelle while feeling skeptical in the process. It's up to Otagon now to save the day, will Otagon become Roelle's influence to rewrite reality and save the poke universe to gain everything back that Roelle has partially lost once and for all? Roelle has a sister named Rochelle and when Roelle recieves email's those email's aren't the same as Otagon's emails. Roelle had the power to message Barry and Oliver online on the poke website Youtube that will save himself, identity and the work he loves to do with others and himself. Also, Otagon was never exiled in the process because he was in perfect shape even after he's done with what he's been assigned to do.

It's so that he doesn't have to worry about the past and trying to fix it as well makes him feel like he accomplished something in life. Also including the 25 most cameo extras in video game history that connects into heroes united from different dimensions with the future connects ands meets the future, past and present. By doing this restores the timeline and fixes all dimensions that come to thought. It's so that this journey would require more heroes from other stories to fully enjoy it in the process. Also, wanting and trying to put everything back together that he possibly can.

Superheroes destiny and fate always lies on ahead, beyond and across the horizons and for all of immortality and everlasting eternity. While always standing up for himself for what he believes in. It's better off for all of you to stand up, fight alongside and defend Otagon and those who are trying to protect themselves right now. Otagon previously has helped out his father with the fence of wood at home below the deck in the process last year which is a few months ago. Make sure you keep commenting everyone, don't worry squires but Lord have somebody save me.

While Otagon was playing basketball and training with Josiah at the High School gym, someone else fended off Josiah in the process to save and protect Otagon needs to build an alliance for himself and the ones he mostly and barely knows in order to win in any situation. In 2005, during the Shadow Moses incident (the events of Metal Gear Solid), Otacon encountered Solid Snake who had informed him of the true nature of Metal Gear REX. Devastated, Otacon realized that he had written yet another chapter in his family's dark history—his grandfather had worked on the Manhattan Project, and his father was born on the day of the Hiroshima bombing. Otacon had developed a strong attraction to FOXHOUND member Sniper Wolf. Distraught that Snake would have to kill her, Otacon eventually came to terms with her, himself, and his position in life.

With Otacon's assistance, Snake was able to destroy REX and defeat the terrorist uprising. According to the in-universe novel In the Darkness of Shadow Moses: The Unofficial Truth, Otacon had allegedly left for Great Britain after the events of the terrorist uprising to visit relatives.[6] After the schematics for Metal Gear were placed on the black market by Revolver Ocelot, Snake and Otacon formed Philanthropy, an organization dedicated to the end of the proliferation of Metal Gear-type weapons. In 2007 (the events of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty), Otacon received an email from his step sister Emma, informing him of a new prototype Metal Gear RAY. The e-mail was actually a bait for the Patriots to lure Solid Snake out of hiding and frame him for terrorism, by having Ocelot hijack RAY and place the blame on Snake with forged evidence.

When the tanker was destroyed by Ocelot, Otacon took a boat and managed to save Snake, as well as Olga Gurlukovich. Otacon was forced to fake Snake's death after he was framed by the Patriots. Using connections he had with an organization, he managed to steal Liquid Snake's corpse (which was missing its right arm) and dumped it into the sea. He continued to manage Philanthropy's activities, while keeping Snake's survival a secret from the public. In 2009, he received another anonymous e-mail, this time from Liquid (while taking over Ocelot's mind), informing him about the development of Arsenal Gear in the Big Shell.

When Solidus Snake seized the Big Shell, he infiltrated the facility with SEAL Team 10 to find Emma, who was among the hostages. He managed to be reunited with her, but she died shortly afterwards, due to stab wounds inflicted by Vamp. Before her death, Emma admitted to always admiring Hal and wanting to follow in his footsteps. Despite falling into deep despair, Snake encouraged him to move on and rescue all the hostages held in the Big Shell. Apparently he was successful in this, and stays in contact to support Raiden until he defeated Solidus. When Snake met Otacon at their hideout he was given the disk that contained the data of the Wisemen's Committee to look over, which included their names and whereabouts. After this (the ending note) Otacon told Snake about the information on the disc: the twelve Wisemen had been dead for about 100 years. Otacon appeared once more as Old Snake's support man in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, set in 2014. He and Sunny built a robotic companion to Snake called Metal Gear Mk. II, which he controlled remotely.

The Mk. II was taken from a robotic character of the same name in Snatcher. [7] He became romantically involved with Naomi Hunter through the course of the story although he once again lost her upon her suicide, thus forcing him yet again to witness the death of a woman he cared about. In the finale, Otacon told Snake that he will live with Snake for the remainder of his life, to serve as witness of his existence. By the time of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance in 2018, OtCite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).acon is mentioned to have officially adopted Sunny. Outside of the Metal Gear series, Otacon made a guest appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and ultimate etc., where he was one of Solid Snake's support crew available through taunting.[8]

Otacon is widely regarded as one of the best sidekick type characters in video games. As such, he was declared the best "buddy in gaming" by Machinima.com in 2010. [9] Cracked.com included him on their 2010 list of six video game sidekicks that are actually more effective than the actual hero at number four, stating: "Really, Otacon doesn't need Snake at all. The only thing keeping us from Metal Gear Solid: Nerdy Mouthbreather is the fact that Otacon tries to do what ever it takes for himself when he's scared and has to decide with his mother who loves him very much mother who need assistance."[10] In 2011, UGO Networks ranked him the sixth best video game companion, comparing him to Q of James Bond,[11] while Maximum PC listed him among 25 of gaming's greatest sidekicks, commenting that "Snake wouldn’t be half the man he is without Otacon backing him up. In 2012, Complex also put him and Solid Snake at second place on their list of "Most superhero-Kicking Video Game Duos",[19] GamesRadar included him among the "13 luckiest superheroes in gaming".[20]
